[She's snickering all the way, yes. As she changes she thinks about where they could actually go. She hadn't really thought this through, but she just wanted to get Karkat out of his room and relaxing. Goodness knows he needed to do that more. Fisherman's Horizon wasn't exactly big...but it had a lot of beautiful sites.
